Nji Nicolas Obituary, Death – 28-Year-Old Mankon Native Identified as Fourth Victim of Yaoundé–Bamenda Highway Crash

YAOUNDÉ–BAMENDA HIGHWAY, CAMEROON — Nji Nicolas, a 28-year-old from Mankon who had been living in Nitop One, Bamenda, has been identified as the fourth victim of a deadly accident involving a Vatican Express bus along the Yaoundé–Bamenda highway.

Reports indicate he was among the passengers traveling on the bus when it was involved in a fatal crash on the night of June 18 into the early hours of June 19, 2026. His identity was confirmed after earlier victims were identified as authorities continued accounting for those on board.
